good faith estimate

A Good Faith Estimate is a document we provide you before your therapy session, giving you an idea of the expected costs for our services.

This includes session fees, and it’s our way of making sure there are no surprises so that you can make informed decisions about your mental health care.

Keep in mind it’s an estimate, so the final amount could vary. This transparency is part of our commitment to ensuring that therapy is accessible and approachable for everyone.

Our Policy

You are financially responsible for the full price of the services you receive. You will be expected to pay for each session at the time it is held unless otherwise agreed to in advance. Payment schedules for other professional services (e.g., required legal involvement) will be agreed upon when they are requested.

You must cancel your session no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellation after that period or no-show will result in full payment for the missed/canceled session. We offer sliding scale pricing when applicable.

Flash Appointment

Our flash appointments offer a single 50-minute session that focuses on a specific issue without delving into a lot of background details. We aim to provide support, validation, and clarity for individuals seeking a safe space to discuss their concerns.

A consultation with a qualified professional can provide you with a fresh perspective and a listening ear to help you move forward.
