I specialize in trauma-informed care, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client while honoring their experiences and strengths. I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of clinical settings, including residential inpatient programs, intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP). My clinical training in community mental health gave me invaluable experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Drawing from trauma-focused, psychodynamic, and somatic approaches, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences, strengthen emotional resilience, and foster healing. I’m passionate about helping clients build emotional regulation, resilience, and self-empowerment through trauma-informed strategies and therapeutic collaboration. I’ve facilitated group sessions on self-esteem, healthy relationships, coping strategies, PTSD, and substance use, creating supportive spaces where people can connect, heal, and grow together.
Understanding how trauma impacts the mind and body is central to my work. I strive to provide my clients with tools and insights to help them reclaim their sense of safety and control. When I’m not working, I love to read, explore the outdoors through hiking, and spend quality time with my family, friends, and pets. My appreciation for nature, curiosity, and creativity often inspires my work, and I find joy in helping clients discover their strength, balance, and meaning along their healing journeys.
